Visit of Students from Jammu Kashmir
As a part of an educational endeavour of the University of Jammu viz."College on Wheels-J&K Gyanodaya Express," about 600 students travelled different parts of the country. The group came to Sevagram Ashram on November 30, 2023. This initiative was aimed at redefining education, effectively dissolving boundaries and reshaping the world into a boundless University.
The goal was to facilitate the discovery of the student's inner passions and life's purpose through immersive, collaborative, project-based learning experiences to address real-world challenges. Travelling through different parts of the country students were exposed to India's historical, geographical, and cultural diversity.
Shri Vijay Tambe, Secretary and Adv. Trupti Zilape of Sevagram Ashram Pratishthan welcomed the group on behalf of Ashram. Er. Ameet Targotra Assistant Director, Directorate of internal Quality Assurance, University of Jammu and Dr. Shallu Sharma, Professor, Department of Mathematics guided the group.
