  Preserve the Gandhian heritage at Varanasi July 22, 2023 is a red letter day in the history of   Akhil Bharat Sarva Seva Sangh , an institution which carries the heritage of Mahatma Gandhi   formed  soon  after his assassination by a Hindu fanatic. It was on this day the country witnessed the most shameful act of State power which Gandhi looked upon with fear and suspicion that represents violence in a concentrated and organised form. The police force  forcibly entered the premises  of Sarva Seva Sangh in Varanasi, evicted the belongings of the  people who were staying there for decades and  thousands of books and materials  of Sarva Seva Sangh Prakashan  were dumped  outside. The picture of the statue of Mahatma Gandhi filled with dumped  books and materials shows the utter  disrespect of the State machinery to  Mahatma  Gandhi who is not only the Father of  the Nation but also a  universal personality respected all over the world. Cycle Yatra against the Culture of Greed

Pedalling all the way to Kashmir from Kerala   Reduce Carbon Footprint  through an Alternative lifestyle  Dr.Siby K. Joseph honouring the cyclists at Seminar hall of Library and Research Centre of Sevagram Ashram Pratishthan  The  cycle   journey   which  was flagged off from Bodhi Centre,  Alathur, Palakkad district of Kerala on July 9, 2023   reached  Sevagram on July 24, 2023 afternoon.   The final destination is Srinagar. They ride  more than 100 kms per day. It took almost fifteen days to  reach Sevagram .The slogans of the cycle ride  clearly depicts the very purpose of the  journey: Lesser Carbon …Greener the world, Cycle to Work, Save India. The moving spirit of  the  cycle journey is   Shri Abdul Nazeer from Kerala an air force veteran  currently working in the  State Bank of India as a Deputy Manager.
